Our Services

OUR SERVICES

At Cornerstone Sarnia we have two services on Sundays:
Our "traditional" service at 8:15am and our more "contemporary" service at 10:00am.

Right now during the COVID-19 crisis you can also find us online on our Facebook page. You can contact us for more details.

We are an Anglican church (part of the Anglican Network in Canada) and so we use some really rich, traditional prayers in both services.

When you arrive you can sit anywhere. There's no dress code, so come as casually or formally as you like!

KIDS?

We love kids and welcome families of all shapes and sizes. One of the benefits of us being stationed at a school is that we have a full-sized jungle gym, running track, and indoor gymnasium available!

We encourage kids ages 10+ to join their families in church, while we have a lot of willing hands to take the younger kids outside so that parents can relax and enjoy the service.

WHO CAN COME?

A lot of people ask us, "can anyone come to your church?" And so, first off, we want to say YES to that. Everyone is welcome at Cornerstone.

1. You don't have to be a special kind of person.

2. You don't have to have your life together.

3. You don't need to know exactly what you believe about God.

4. You don't need to have an Anglican background. Or anything like that.

We want our church to be a safe place for anyone to come, be welcomed by caring people, to hear the good news of Jesus Christ preached, and to grow in the knowledge and confidence of God's love and purposes for them. So, do come!

Other Locations - London and St. Thomas

We also have groups in two other nearby cities. We have a group in London, Ontario and one in St. Thomas, Ontario.
